The 8-Day Kilimanjaro Trekking – Lemosho Route is one of the most scenic and successful ways to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world at 5,895 meters (19,341 feet). This carefully planned itinerary includes one night before the climb and one night after the climb at the comfortable Kibo View Farm Lodge in Moshi, giving you proper time to prepare, recover, and enjoy a smooth trekking experience.

The Lemosho Route is widely known as the most beautiful route on Kilimanjaro due to its remote starting point, excellent acclimatization profile, lower crowds in the early stages, and high summit success rate. The trail begins on the western side of the mountain and crosses diverse ecological zones including lush rainforest, heath and moorland, alpine desert, and the arctic summit zone near Uhuru Peak.

Tipping is customary and greatly appreciated by the crew. Below are suggested amounts based on group size and duration.
